Family Friendly Swimming Pool

The Inn at Dromoland is a family hotel in Clare with swimming pool and rated as one of the Top 10 Child Friendly Hotels in Ireland, as voted by Tripadvisor in 2018.

We offer a 16M Swimming Pool, along with a Children’s Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi & Plunge Pool

open seven days a week to both club members and hotel guests.

 Our pool environment is also constantly supervised by one of our trained lifeguards to ensure a fully safe pool environment for all members and guests.

Swimming Lessons are available for all ages at the Pool- please enquire directly with the Leisure Centre with regards to availability. 

We offer both Adults and Childrens Lessons on a group and individual basis.

Swimming Caps are compulsory for anyone using our swimming pool. These can be purchased at the Leisure Centre for €3.00.

Please note that due to planned renovation works at our leisure centre, there will be a temporary closure of both our swimming pool and gym facilities on the below dates:

Reopens on Monday, January 19th 2026

Regular Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7am - 9pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 7.30pm

Family Swim Times: 9am – 1pm and 2 - 6.45pm (Kids are not permitted in the pool outside of Family Swim Time)
