Q. What time is Check In?
A: From 3pm if booked directly with the hotel, from 4pm if booked with an online travel agent.
Q: Does your hotel offer car parking?
A: The hotel offers over 200 complimentary car parking spaces. On top of this as part of our ongoing green hospitality efforts the hotel has also recently installed a number of Electric Vehicle Charging Points. Using the Clenergy EV app your car can be charged up with relative ease throughout your stay. (This service is available to hotel residents only).
Q: Does the hotel offer WiFi?
A: The hotel offers complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.
Q: How do I log in to your Wifi?
A: If it is your first time to visit, you will be asked to provide an initial registration. After this it will automatically connect.
Q: What time is Breakfast served?
A: Daily from 07.30am - 10.00am
Q: Do guests have access to Dromoland Castle Estate?
A: Guests can access the grounds of the Dromoland Castle Estate, via a beautiful Parkland walk at rear of the hotel. Please be advised at times Dromoland Castle may not be available to non residents and we would advise to check in advance of arrival if this is possible.
Q: What are your dining options?
A: Deerfields Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily. Shannigans Gastro Pub offers a full menu 7 days per week from 12.30pm until 9pm.
Q: I have food allergies, do you cater for these?
A: We offer a breakdown of allergans on our menu's. Any specific requirements should be forwarded to the hotel prior to arrival.
Q: Is the hotel Pet friendly?
A: Guide Dogs Only

Q: Do you provide Irons and Ironing Boards?
A: The hotel provides a supply of Irons and Ironing Boards on request. Premier Rooms offer these as standard. There is a Family Room located on the 2nd floor which also offers this facility to our guests.
Q: Do you have a Leisure Centre?
A: Yes, we offer a fully equipped Gym, along with Swimming Pool, Kids Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi
Q: What facilities do you offer for Families?
A: We offer a selection of Family Rooms, catering for up to 2 Adults and 3 Kids, with Interconnecting rooms also available. We have an indoor Games Room, 5000 Sq Foot Indoor Playground (The Play Inn), Outdoor Playground, Crazy Golf, Tennis Courts and Foot Golf.
Q: Is the Play Inn open 7 days per week?
A: Current Opening Times for July & August - Daily from 10am to 7pm (Last entry at 6pm).
Q: Can I use The Spa at Dromoland and/or Dromoland Golf Course?
A: Yes, it is possible to use both, subject to availability and will incur a surcharge for items booked. We are more than happy to book on your behalf, please contact Reservations directly.
Q: What payment options are accepted?
A: To make an online booking a valid credit/debit card is required. The hotel accepts cash payments and prepaid credit cards, please note a security deposit is required when choosing these options. If paying with a Debit Card full payment will be taken off the Debit card on arrival. This policy is in place for security against any potential damages or breakages experienced during a stay.
Q: What is the hotel's accomodation cleaning schedule?
A: As part of developing our ongoing green and environmental policies here at the hotel, bedrooms will not be serviced on a daily basis. If additonal towels or toiletries are required during your stay please contact hotel reception.
