"As a family we have come here for the last 17yrs and I love it as a Mummy.  My Son is 19 now, one daughter is 16 and another 3.  Honestly I was sad when my 2 eldest got older and realised I may not be coming back as a family but then along pops our little girl Ali. You know how people say sometimes where is your happy place? Well this is mine. I only realised that last year when my other half asked where would I like to go for lunch. The staff are fantastic and really can't do enough for you .What I personally love is some staff are still the same from the Clare Inn times. We checked in last weekend and our lovely receptionist(I won't mention names) knew me without asking, which I have to say took my breathe away and we chatted about what's happened since we saw each other last .Take a trip it's worth your while"

"The reception staff, early check-in made life very easy on Saturday, Thank You!  Girls in the entertainment area upstairs you went above and beyond.  The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional too.  Housekeeping staff were excellent checking that we were happy with our rooms, as busy as you were. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back. Thank you all, you work so hard. "

"Excellent accommodation exceeded my expectations. Lovely clean room and great facilities for the kids. Evening entertainment for kids was brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Swimming pool, mini golf, outdoor play area and Play Inn all great for families with children."

"We had an excellent stay, rooms were clean staff friendly and the food was fab. We will stay again. It was a very reasonable price for families and close to Bunratty castle for a visit. It is also close to the airport."

Great for Families
"We just spent one night here on the Bank Holiday weekend with two kids, aged 9 and 5. The room was great, the kids loved the pool and the soft play area. There was a wedding in the hotel as well and it was very busy but it didn't seem to affect the service. Food was lovely and breakfast the next morning was very good. Countryside location was lovely with nice views. We would definitely go back for longer as we didn't get to explore Dromoland estate or visit a few interesting sites in the area. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here."
